Error report (e.g., Error_Userdoesnotallowconfiguration) is automatically collected when VPN connection failed due to error.
Network type (e.g., 4G) is collected by analytic service provider.
This information is gathered solely for troubleshooting and VPN service improvement. It is crucial to note, however, that after 96 hours, this data is automatically and permanently erased from our system.
Analytics data such as app crash reports and in-app page engagement when you use Defence Protocol.
Advertising data such as your iOS ad identifier (IDFA) or Android ad master identifier.
These bits of data allow us to monitor the performance of our app and its features. We use this data to support our free VPN service, but we do not disclose them with marketers.
